Straightforward place with pleasant staff and good wi-fi.

It's well-kept place to stay 3 km away from San Francisco City Hall. The location is very central.

Although some of the staff were bad, I had a very enjoyable stay. Best possible and easy location close enough to Chestnut Street. Tasty food in the authentic restaurant in the vicinity.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Hotel was fairly clean, modest, had very good staff and location.

Everything was great, we felt safe. The authentic restaurant was nice and offered great meals.

Mentioned hotel met expectations and my stay there was fairly nice. Great relaxing venue, great bar area, super location near North beach...

Low cost place overall, it is clean, location is perfect near most tourist areas.

Loved my good stay at the time to check in. The room was brand-new with the bathroom, comfortable beds plus the shower, the staff were helpful, did everything. It had central location close to North Beach. Also, the area was safe.

The staff were warm hearted and food was outstanding. We loved hot waffles and biscuits at the breakfast. Easy check-in and decent service. In addition, the hotel had free parking outside.

Pretty much what I expected: CONVENIENT hotel, decently priced. The location was phenomenal and the breakfast was free. Proactive staff, as it had to be. I found sweets in the reception.

Facilities were new, even so internet connection was terrible.

I liked every detail about my luxury stay here during 1 night. Classy staff in the whole hotel. The bedrooms were superb. I was pleased with very good service too. Within walking distance of the sand beach.

Had old bathroom, also the breakfast was usual, I think it could be better.

The food was good with plenty of alternatives. Efficient and amicable staff. The service provided there was good. The location of the hotel was easy - not too far from Huntington Park. You could walk to shops and a bakery.

The hotel was picture perfect and fairly clean in a touristic area. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and complimentary WiFi and air conditioning inside the room. The markets and shops were right next door. Thank you for making our stay a really great experience😃

Hard-working staff, really cozy rooms in an absolutely perfect location. Decent hotel located near China Town and the Embarcadero and North Beach.

Diverse staff and an outstanding breakfast including plenty of biscuits and hot waffles. The units are light, cosy.

everything was fine, and it had complimentary wi-fi. beautiful view, a large balcony, comfy bed, too. the early check-in too.
